Provided services of Team Leader, Climate Change Adaptation Specialist to undertake comprehensive situation analysis, including preparation of climate risk profiles, institutional/legal/policy analyses, assessment of the current status of community based adaptation and ecosystem based adaptation in Samoa, and development of a framework for adoption of an appropriate mix of hard and soft engineering interventions for climate change adaptation (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) to guide the implementation of Samoa’s US$30 million Climate Resilience Investment Programme (CRIP) funded through the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) under the Climate Investment Fund (CIF).
